We will provide the necessary documentation to facilitate the transaction;
We will retain the lessee funds until the trade is approved by the Dept. of Agiculture;
Once trade approved by Dept. of Agriculture, payment will be promplty made to the lessor;
Our service charge for same is 5% plus VAT;
